Terms of service

The service

Nostra provides software for selling, stock control, purchasing and accounting, hosted by us or installed on infrastructure you control. We may improve and change the service over time; we will not remove a feature you rely on without reasonable notice.

Accounts and staff

You are responsible for the people you give access to and for the roles and permissions you assign them. Keep sign-in details private. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.

Your data

Your business records belong to you. You can export them at any time, in open formats, without charge. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nostra to break the law, to record transactions you know to be false, to attack or overload the service, or to access data that is not yours. Pharmacy features support store operations and are not clinical or regulatory advice.

Fees

Fees are charged per branch, per month, as agreed when you sign up. There is no charge per staff member or per transaction. Adding a branch mid-month is prorated. We will give you [notice period] notice of any price change.

Availability and offline mode

We work to keep the hosted service available and to fix problems quickly. Offline mode lets tills keep selling without a connection, with the limits described on our offline page: card payments still need the bank, and sales queued on a device that fails before it syncs can be lost.

Ending the agreement

The agreement runs month to month. Either side can end it with [notice period] notice. Before your account closes, you receive a full export of your data.

Liability
